To begin, you'll need to add three specific Pokemon to your party: Buizel, Mantyke, and Overqwil.īuizel can be found early on while roaming near the water of the Obsidian Fieldlands, Mantyke can be found flying above the ocean in the Tranquility Cove section of the Cobalt Coastlands, and Qwilfish can be found near the same area as Mantyke in the Cobalt Coastlands. This is a direct reference to the book of the same name that can be found in the Canaleve Library in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (as seen below). Accept the Request and you'll see a short cutscene detailing a book titled The Sea's Legend that tells the tale of a Pokemon "prince" who met a brave trainer and three Pokemon at Seaside Hollow.
After reaching the Coronet Highlands, you'll see this Request posted on the Request Board in Professor Laventon's office.
